Buiten is er een volledig onafhankelijke privétuin met overdekt terras, tuinmeubels, barbecue en parkeerplaats, allemaal op het volledig omheinde terrein.
Je hebt toegang tot een gedeeld zoutwaterzwembad van 8m x 3m met 2 andere woningen en een gemeenschappelijke ruimte voor ontspanning, welzijn en fitness met een bubbelbad, fitnessruimte, bibliotheekhoek en natuurlijk solarium met ligstoelen.
