In the heart of Gujan-Mestras, in the quiet, in the style of a typical Bassin d'Arcachon hut, we welcome you to our charming, cosy gîte, where you'll feel like you're on vacation.
You'll be close to shops and amenities, 200m from the coast, ports and 750m from the train station.
The house is ideally placed for cycling and walking tours.
A private parking lot offers the possibility of recharging an electric vehicle via two charging points (flat rate).
The house comprises an entrance hall, a dining room opening onto a terrace, a separate fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds, each with its own private shower room and toilet.
Upstairs: a living room, a sauna, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed (for young children), a shower room with private toilet.
