The Gîte is located in a quiet village in the Haut Limousin region, 300m from local shops (bakery-pastry shop, butcher's, restaurant, café, pharmacy...). The Gartempe Valley is 3km away, offering hiking and mountain-biking trails, and canoeing at the Gorges de l'Enfer. Within a 20km radius, you can visit Le Dorat (small town of character), Bellac (historic district and Vincou valley) and Montmorillon (Cité de l'écrit). A little further afield are Mortemart and the Monts de Blond, the village of Oradour sur Glane, and the Val de Vienne motor racing circuit, with Limoges and Poitiers 60km away. The Gîte is a detached house with a fully enclosed garden, terrace and bike/motorcycle storage. Equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a shower cubicle, the other bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed.
