In the heart of this beautiful, large traditional cabin, a seawater tank is home to our oysters and shellfish: oysters produced by the "Oysters LABAN" oyster company and shellfish cooked by us, a display of shellfish selected from our best fishmongers and fishermen, a seafood catering bench, a maritime grocery store and a shucking bench.
