Direct sales at the farm. Pig farmer in Paisy-Cosdon, 3 km from Aix-en-Othe, come and discover the authenticity and quality of the products offered by Emmanuel: pork and charcuterie. Sales to individuals by order (orders on odd-numbered weeks). Open Friday from 2 pm to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. For the Troyes area, delivery is possible in Barberey-Saint-Sulpice on Saturday mornings between 11 am and 12 pm.
