Art, Nature and Heritage on the Selle. Cocktail of meeting between a mill full of history, two passionate artists and a valley. In an atmosphere of the 1930s, come and discover the last mill of the Selle valley open to the public. Its small museum and its estaminet offer you and your family the simple pleasures of traditional wooden games. A guided tour is offered at fixed times. Dressed in period costume, the guide will show you step by step how the machines work and the grain circuit. The visit ends with a visit to the honey house of the mill's apiary. You will be able to watch the honey being harvested and appreciate the various products of the hive. The LAMOUR mill is also: -Educational visits on two themes 1. 19th century: mill, wheat and flour 2. Beekeeping: environment, bees and honey. Adult art workshops and specialized workshops - continuous technical training in applied arts (ceramics, ancient modeling, sand sculpture, engraving, linocut, oil painting, color drawing in 10 techniques, image decoration and collage).
