The restaurant is located on the edge of the Source Salmière lake, a pleasant, green and peaceful site between the communes of Miers and Alvignac.
The modern, dynamic restaurant offers a pleasant view of the lake on one side, and the recently restored water pavilion on the other. In fine weather, you can enjoy your meal on the restaurant's peaceful terrace, overlooking the lake.
The culinary concept and the entire interior of the restaurant were redesigned in 2022, to offer you a more refined service for your comfort and the greatest pleasure of your taste buds. Clément and Léana now offer you semi-gastronomic cuisine that is both respectful of the terroir and creative.
