Washing machine and dryer. Sheets provided, beds made on arrival. Electric heating, price includes all charges. Private parking 1 car in front of the house. Garden of about 200 m² with plancha. In option and on request (supplement of 75€ / night or 260€ per week), possible rental annex at the bottom of the garden, accessible on the ground floor, sofa bed and bathroom / WC on the ground floor, futon bed upstairs, access by miller's ladder.
