Lavatrice e asciugatrice. Lenzuola fornite, letti fatti all'arrivo. Riscaldamento elettrico, il prezzo include tutte le spese. Parcheggio privato per 1 auto davanti alla casa. Giardino di circa 200 m² con plancha. In opzione e su richiesta (supplemento di 75? / notte o 260? a settimana), è possibile affittare una dépendance in fondo al giardino, accessibile su un unico livello, divano letto e bagno con doccia / WC al piano terra, letto futon al primo piano, accesso tramite scala di mugnaio.
