Set amidst greenery and flowers, the gîte opens onto a 1500 m² enclosed park, ideal for children, with various games. It's a typical Limousin stone house, on the first floor, close to the farm and the home of the owners, who are passionate about the art of gardening. Châteauneuf is 4 km away, with all amenities. Its lake offers a wide range of leisure activities: supervised swimming in July and August, beach with games, shaded picnic area, sports facilities, fishing, mountain biking, hiking with over 125 km of circuits in the heart of a 2500-hectare forest, not forgetting the not-to-be-missed site of Mont Gargan. Several qualifications: Gîte au jardin, randonnée, pêche, à la ferme and biodiversité. The gîte is also a Terra Aventura enthusiast, with several trails to discover nearby.
