Situated in a small hamlet, 5 km from La Réole and Sauveterre-de-Guyenne, in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards, this rural gîte with terrace and enclosed garden is ideal for a quiet stay. On the first floor, the entrance opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with sitting area and two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. Upstairs, you'll find a large bedroom with a double bed and a crib, and a small bathroom with toilet and washbasin. Children's games, bicycles and pétanque are available. Insert fireplaces in the kitchen and living room, and oil-fired central heating, are available at extra cost (oil: 50?/week; wood: 10?/barrel).
