It is in this small house of 40 m² recently renovated that we propose you to stay. You will find calm and comfort. This house is independent of the owner's house with its private and closed garden. Its access is on the side of the cycle track (rue des Fougères).
On foot, you can easily reach the beach of Bétey (500 meters), the small shops (200 meters) and the city center (1 km).
You have an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the second with 2 bunk beds) and a living/dining room.
