L'Atelier du Moulin

In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 20 minutes from factory outlets, 30 minutes from Troyes, come and stay at "L'Atelier du Moulin", a detached residence that has retained the soul of an old artist's studio. Renovation and decoration have been carried out with great taste, blending old materials (stone, wood, original glass roof) with trendy decorative objects. The gite is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet, leafy setting with a (non-secure) branch of the river, a haven of peace where guests can relax and recharge their batteries. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room ideal for family meals and social gatherings, a twin bedroom (2 beds 80x200 can be made into a double bed), separate WC, kitchen overlooking the meadows, shower room (shower + basin). Upstairs, you'll find a relaxation/reading area on the mezzanine allowing 2 people to sleep (supplement 20?/night/person), a master suite comprising a 90x190 bed and a 160x200 bed with private bathroom (WC, large shower, basin). Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue, as well as a private parking area. Beds will be made on arrival, towels and household linen will be provided, heating and electricity will be included within the limit of normal consumption (30 Kw offered per day), and a wheelbarrow of wood for the stove will be offered.
