Le 392 Bis is a charming atypical house, a barn from 1885 renovated with raw, organic and ecological materials: stone, steel, wood, concrete coated with earth and hemp offering a soft and warm living environment. Located in the Deux-Sèvres, in the centre of the village of Ternanteuil, 400 m from the castle of Coudray-Salbart overlooking the banks of the Sèvre, 2 km from Echiré (a village with all amenities), famous for its butter made in a wooden churn. Let yourself be carried away by the birdsong by the pool. Lunch on the 80 m2 landscaped outdoor terrace with fountain. Stroll in the property's 53-acre garden. Picnic under the cherry tree. Walk along the Sèvre river and visit of Le Coudray-Salbart.
