This is the must-visit spot for surfers of any type: windsurfers, paddleboarders, surfers and kitesurfers. The wind is south-east to south-west (when it is too easterly it becomes erratic). As soon as the wind blows or there is enough of a depression, the waves pick up. But when it blows too strongly, the water gets choppy and rough and it sometimes starts raining. It's not the best spot for beginners because the beach is not very big and it gets very busy. Blowing from the south-west, the wind varies between 12 and 20 knots. But it can exceed 30 knots if it’s coming from the south/south-east.
Average annual probability of winds under 12 knots: 33%
Average air temperature: 17°C
Recommended level: intermediate or beginner.
