The reading on the spot is free. The registration is individual and the unique price is 8 €. The loan of books is free for minors, people from Parentiss over 65 years old, students (under 26 years old) and job seekers on presentation of a recent document.
Internet access is free and reserved for subscribers. A new software allows the library's catalog to be put online and consulted at any time. Subscribers can check their current loans and make reservations.
