Villa Eden Dune

Ideally located in Arcachon in the Abatilles district, in a quiet and residential area, close to the beaches and the golf course, Villa Eden Dune will be the ideal place for your holidays with family or friends. The villa, fitted out on two levels, is composed on the first floor of an equipped kitchen with dining area opening onto the terrace, a television lounge, a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a shower room, an independent toilet and a relaxation area. On the ground floor there are two other bedrooms (two double beds) and two shower rooms, one of which has a toilet. Gas central heating. Sheets, table linen and heating included in the price. Possibility to rent towels (5€/person) and cleaning at the end of the stay (fixed price 50€). Visitor's tax in supplement. Our
pets are welcome: small dogs and cats only.
