The house is located in the heart of a hamlet less than 5 minutes by car from shops and activities: market, cycle route greenway, fishing, hiking….
The kitchen has kept the charm of the countryside with its tiling, its wood stove and its antique furniture while offering the modern comfort of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. A small room that can be used as an office or a reading corner provides access to the first floor where we find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms each with a 140 bed and an attic bedroom with a 110 bed.
The shower room and WC are on the ground floor.
A large room accessible from inside and outside the house allows you to store your bikes, luggage...
The enclosed garden of 740 m² allows you to take advantage of summer evenings to dine outside or daydream on the swing.
