Situation : 5 km from Lanouaille - 8 km from St Yrieix la Perche, city of porcelain - 50 km from Limoges or Périgueux, 45 km from Sarlat.
The house is located near the leisure centre "Rouffiac", (free entrance to the site). Large lake with many activities, supervised beach, water ski, acrobranche, pedal boat, climbing wall, fishing, lake restaurant, etc.
Possibility of hiking around the lake (7 km).
