Located in the charming village of Montauriol, in the Aude department, this gîte welcomes you for a peaceful stay, ideal for recharging your batteries and discovering the riches of the region.
Nature lovers will appreciate the many walks starting from the village, as well as the water sports available at Lac de la Ganguise, just 9 km away (swimming not supervised).
13 km away, the town of Castelnaudary invites you to stroll along the famous Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Further afield, discover Carcassonne and its medieval city (52 km), or let yourself be seduced by the dynamic atmosphere of Toulouse, the "Pink City" (50 km).

The gite comprises on the first floor:
_Entrance,
a living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (fan available for your convenience),
a separate toilet,
And upstairs (staircase with child safety locks):
_A bedroom with a 140cm bed,
a bedroom with a 120cm bed and a crib,
_One bedroom with two convertible 90cm beds,
bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet,
Outside, a fully enclosed courtyard with trees, garden furniture and a classic barbecue.
On request, bicycles and trailers can be parked in a nearby shed.
