In the village of Salesses stands the 13th-century church of the Nativité-de-Saint-Jean-Baptiste, once part of a commandery of the Hospitallers, then of Malta. It features a 13th-century flat chevet and a double-arched bell tower. Salesses became part of the commune of Saint-Agnant-près-Crocq in 1835, before becoming part of Flayat in 1927.
