In the heart of our LA FORGE estate, the calm and charm of an air-conditioned character house.
It's 4 km from the center of Narbonne, close to all shops and amenities, 15 km from the beaches and close to the Canal du Midi. In a wooded and flowery setting, this comfortable, air-conditioned former winegrower's house has been carefully restored. All rooms open onto the vineyard, and at the rear, the living room has direct access to its private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and the enclosed, shaded pleasure garden shared by 2 gites.
Ground floor: living room( wifi, TV, MP3 radio), kitchen(LL, LV, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven).
Upstairs: two bedrooms: one with 1 x 160cm bed and one with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed.
Separate shower room and WC.
Cots, high chairs, bathtubs and stair rails are available on request.
The hangar doubles as a carport.
Narbonne is ideally located for discovering its medieval heritage, its Romanesque museum, the city of Carcassonne (45 km), the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, the Cabrespine chasms, the "l'il doux", the Cathar castles, the African reserve, the cellars... discovering its gastronomy, attending festivals... practicing all kinds of sports, and the list goes on...
