This 80m² gîte on the ground floor and first floor offers all the modern comforts by mixing the old and the new. The gîte is located in the same area as the owners' house and has a shady garden with flowers, ideal for relaxing or for family meals, while the children play on the portico or visit the donkeys in the fenced-in paddock. Ideally situated between Lectoure, a town of art and history, and Condom, the episcopal city, there are many beautiful villages and sites to visit, such as the Abbey of Flaran. Possibility of "Séjour Cure Thermale": 3 weeks (consult us). Entrance hall on the ground floor with access to a kitchen and summer dining room. On the first floor: independent kitchen, large living room with balcony and air conditioning, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 each), shower room, independent toilet.
