This building, which was once the refuge of the monks in 833 during the Norman invasion, has a very simple architecture with a single nave extended by a square choir with a flat chevet. The nave is covered by a flat ceiling, the choir by a low panelled vault, all under a double sloping tile roof. A slate frame bell tower with an octagonal spire on a double eave above a square base rests on a portico of large beams which divide the nave into several irregular bays.
