At the Port du Bout du Monde, Claire and Denis from Coeur de Loire welcome you to La Capitainerie: a guinguette with a breathtaking view of the river, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Meung-sur-Loire. Come and sip a drink and enjoy salads, local cheeses or Loire fish terrines. To complement the natural spectacle, concerts and open stages are organised throughout the summer.
New for 2024: the opening of L'Annexe, a new tourist reception facility, alongside La Capitainerie. This structure will manage the reception and ticket office for departures on boat trips and the arrival of overnight stays on board. It will also serve refreshments and drinks on the quayside, as well as snacks and ice creams.
