The apartment is located on the second floor of an 1869 farmhouse divided into three units.
It is ideally located at the foot of the downhill ski slopes, with a view of Lac de Gérardmer from its semi-sheltered terrace. A sauna and Finnish bath on the terrace are available whatever the weather.
This top-of-the-range gîte has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
A real bar table soccer, an X Box console and board games, as well as reading material, are all at your disposal.
The fully-equipped kitchen area is very convivial.

1st floor: again a few steps up to the living area: spacious living room with open-plan kitchen opening onto covered terrace with sauna and Finnish bath.

2nd floor: dormitory with two 90x200cm mattresses, very attic, accessible by bending down a lot.
Private parking, reserved for the farm's three dwellings, with one electric charging point per dwelling.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption: 15 kWh per day (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts)
