Large contemporary house on one level with a nice view, quiet but close to shops. Ideally located at about 20 minutes from Sarlat, Lascaux, les Eyzies, the Dordogne and the Vézère and 5mn from the gardens of Eyrignac.
The house has 3 bedrooms (1 bed of 160, 1 bed of 140 and a choice of 2 beds of 80 or 1 bed of 160) with storage space in each room, a bathroom with bathtub and a large Italian shower. The toilets are separate.
There is air conditioning in the main room and underfloor heating for cooler periods.
There is a large terrace with a table for meals and 2 deckchairs for relaxing. The property is fully enclosed with an electric gate.
You will have a space in the garage to park bicycles or strollers.
