At the end of a small lane, in the middle of the countryside, appears Le Moulin, bordered by the Chezades stream which joins 'La Creuse' 200 m away. Edwige and Bernard have fitted out this gîte with great taste and authenticity: stone paving, exposed beams, renovation of the retaining wall of the canal and lock, restoration of the wheel and mechanism (which can be seen from the living room through floor-to-ceiling windows). You'll be lulled by the sound of water in the whitewater basin and waterfall. Unprotected approaches. Remain vigilant.
