In the middle of Maslacq, a tiny, typically Béarnais village on the Puy to Compostella pilgrim road. Bicatou is a working farm specialising in local duck-based products including foie gras and conserves and the production of yellow kiwi fruit. Philippe and Evelyne will welcome you to their traditional farm. The bedrooms, which have been recently restored are spacious and have separate access to a shaded terrace. Pilgrims to Compostella will find all they need to rest before tackling the next stage of their journey.
Those who are gastronomy enthusiasts will appreciate the farm's specialities....duck paté, rillettes and foie gras. You can even design your very own "panier gourmand" to take on pic-nic.
