Situated at an altitude of 900 m, overlooking the small village of Ventron, the listed Ermitage Frère Joseph is a magnificent haven of peace in the heart of nature. In addition to the small chapel and the home of the hermit Frère Joseph Formet, who lived here in the 18th century, visitors will enjoy the peace and quiet of the particularly attractive mountain environment. With its footpaths, mountain bike trails and cross-country ski trails in winter, the Ermitage Frère Joseph allows everyone to enjoy the site without restraint. The downhill ski runs will remain closed for the time being.
