Gîte for 6/8 people located in a quiet hamlet, close to Bourg (2.5km) with shops.
One-storey bungalow of 120m² on grounds of 1600m².
Entrance opens onto living-dining room (table, chairs, sideboard, flat-screen TV, DVD player, sofa bed, WiFi).
The fitted kitchen opens onto the dining room and is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and induction hob. A door opens onto the pantry, where a washing machine and 3-drawer freezer are installed.
There are 3 bedrooms: two with 160X200 beds and the third with two 90X200 beds (bed linen can be supplied on request at extra cost)
Bathroom with 2 basins, a 160X90 Italian shower and a WC (there is another WC in the house)
The terrace is accessible from the kitchen and living room via sliding glass doors
