Our "feet in the water" apartment offers a panoramic view of the Bay of Arcachon, with direct access to the beach. Located 400 m from the town center, this 68 m² apartment is on the second floor of a residence with elevator, and features a large 23 m² terrace with windbreak. The apartment comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (160cm), a bathroom and a shower room with toilet. Garden furniture and private covered parking. Bed linen (beds made up on arrival). Towels available for hire (extra charge). Tourist tax extra. A specific cleaning deposit of 200 ? is payable on arrival and will be cashed in if necessary after the departure inventory. The gîte does not have internet access.
