Gîte de l'Etanchée

Located in Châtillon-sur-Broué, 700m from the Lac du Der, the Gîte de l'Étanchée can accommodate up to 6 people. It is installed on a property of 1100 m² entirely closed, at the end of a dead end. If you are looking for peace and quiet without losing the proximity of water sports, you will be served!

The Gîte de L'Etanchée has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. On the private terrace, a barbecue is at your disposal for a convivial meal with family or friends.

As for activities, you can enjoy the swimming pool (located in the property, 250m from the gîte) and a petanque ground. And if you prefer to take advantage of the activities on the lake, you will be spoilt for choice: sailing, pedal boat, paddle, bike or boat rides, minigolf, etc!
