25 minutes from the Forêt d'Orient Lakes and factory shops, 35 minutes from the centre of Troyes and in the heart of a village with amenities (bakery, restaurant, beautician), come and stay in this independent, single-storey house situated at the foot of the fields.The gite has a spacious separate kitchen with dining area, a living room overlooking the garden and equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (mattress 140x190), a bedroom composed of 2 beds 90x190 separated from the living room by curtains, a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a bathroom (shower and sink), and an independent toilet. An office/dressing room will also be available. Outside, you will have an open garden (fence in progress) with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and a parking space... The charges (electricity and heating) will be included in the price of the stay. Household linen (tea towels, tablecloth, napkins) and bed linen will be provided.
