Residence in a small, early 19th-century fairground brick building, with 15 studio or two-bedroom apartments for 1 or 2 people, with balconies or large terraces. Furnishings and decor were designed by an interior architect, with murals created by graffiti artists. The residence, opened after a major renovation in 2022, features reversible air conditioning and a kitchenette in every apartment. Each apartment has a large bathroom with heated towel rail, a TV with over 120 international channels and free high-speed fiber-optic wifi. The residence is served by metro line B (Jeanne d'Arc) at the foot of the building, by bus to the airport and 15 minutes from the Matabiau train and bus station. Close to Place Saint Sernin, the Capitole, all the places to live, theaters and cinemas, exhibitions and shops.
