Air-conditioned gîte, with adjoining unfenced garden, garden furniture and barbecue. Garden level: living room/kitchen, bedroom with 1 x 140 cm double bed, bathroom with WC. Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom opening onto the living room, with 1 x 140 cm bed for 2 (possibility of a 90 cm bed on request). Pets allowed on condition of good behavior.
