Situated at the top of a hill, on an 8-hectare estate of woods and meadows, this fully restored gîte offers absolute peace and quiet. Just 10 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot and 20 minutes from Agen, it is independent from the owners? house and another gîte (which can accommodate up to 6 people; it is possible to rent both gîtes together). Take advantage of our wellness services, with the possibility of booking a massage on site. The property is also home to a few chickens and beehives, adding to the natural charm of the place. The swimming pool (15 m x 7 m), shared with the owners and the other gîte, is open from June to September. Petanque court, ping-pong table, molkky game... everything is here for moments of relaxation and conviviality.
