Dining room open to kitchen, living room with billiard table, large windows opening onto terrace and giving access to the SPA, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160 each, one with private shower room, separate toilet, bathroom / toilet. On the mezzanine, two large attic spaces (exposed framework) separated by curtains and sliding doors, the first one offers 1 bed in 140 and 2 beds in 80 with access to a shower room/wc, the second one offers 1 bed in 140, 1 baby bed and 1 extra bed on request. These 2 spaces are separated by a play area for children and adults (boudoir: bridge table) and are open on the ground floor.
