We are the 5th generation to run the Saint Martin farm, it is in organic farming since 2001.
Our productions :
The breeding : We raise cows of race Blonde d?Aquitaine in full air, that is to say that our animals live in the meadows and the wood all the year in turning pasture. The cows only consume the grass and hay produced on the farm.
We have also been raising pigs in the open air for a short time, they benefit from acorns and chestnuts in season and have a large range (14 pigs per hectare).
The kiwis: The orchard planted in 1990 on a plot of hillsides offers us sweet kiwis with a good conservation.
Our products: Packages of veal and cow meat by 5 or 10 kg on reservation.
Green kiwis from the beginning of December to the end of April depending on the year.
