Situated in the Entre-deux-Mers region of Gironde, our farm property is located in the village of Saint-Brice, offering both village amenities and a fully rural environment. At the end of a vast garden, the view stretches out onto the plain, where vineyards, woods and, depending on the season, fields of rapeseed, wheat or sunflowers intermingle. The caravan, set in the grounds of the property in the shade of an oak several hundred years old, offers every convenience in every season. Ideal for a couple with a child. For cyclists, the Roger Lapébie cycle path linking Sauveterre-de-Guyenne to Bordeaux passes just down the road from the property!
