Artitude 10 - La Ronde des Feux

The Artitude 10 Association offers, in an exceptional location, a 16th century Chaourçois potter heritage site: 1. LA RONDE DES FEUX, ceramics, arts and fire festival. On a natural site of two hectares, between woods and meadows of the Chaourçoise countryside, the Ronde des Feux is an original event, woven of poetry and authenticity where, arts of fire, installations, animations, shows, music and lights are combine to re-enchant the surrounding nature and create a magical atmosphere. More than 200 artists and young talents, ceramists, blacksmiths, bronziers, sculptors, visual artists and musicians, from all walks of life, share their passion and their know-how for a whole weekend. Welcomed by 250 volunteers, amateurs and dreamers of all ages, various audiences from all regions of France, stroll between demonstrations, exhibitions, performances and workshops. On three stages, concerts enhance the ride and, at nightfall, shows and games with fire illuminate this magical, festive and friendly universe. 2. A discovery tour of the Ronde des Feux site, with the discovery of the natural resource "clay" and its various uses in terracotta or raw: visit of the clay quarry, the wood-burning oven park, visit an exhibition, demonstrations of techniques, "raku" cooking, initiation to modeling and eco-construction. Actor of the circuit of crafts, this guided tour will take you to the heart of an original and authentic artistic universe, in an exceptional natural environment. Only by appointment.
