Tancognaguet is close to La Souterraine (8kms). Philippe and Marie Christine welcome you to their guest house, a very old farmhouse converted with great authenticity, simplicity and sobriety. The guest area comprises a bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a mezzanine with a 140cm bed. The rooms adjoin the former artist's studio, now a living room, where paintings and sculptures created by the owners (both artists), or by others, are displayed. Art historian Marie Christine can tell you all about the history of the works or the arboretum park surrounding the house, with its redwoods and trees from faraway lands.
a sober, functional bathroom with sink, shower and toilet completes this little haven of peace, whether you're alone or with the family, for one or more nights
