This beautiful house opens on a closed garden with trees of about 60 m², located in a small village of the Corbières maritimes at 30 km from the Mediterranean beaches. On the road of the Cathar Country, whether you are a nature or culture lover, you will find your happiness nearby. Many historical sites, such as the castle of Aguilar or the Abbey of Fontfroide are to be discovered, as well as many marked out circuits of VTT and pedestrian excursions from the gite. The city of Narbonne is 36 kms away and Perpignan 40 kms away. You will find the first shops in Durban, only 7 kms from the village. Concerning the lodging; it is arranged in a house of village on 3 levels, in a rustic and cordial decoration: In the garden level: 2 rooms with 2 beds 90 and 1 bed 140, water room, WC. On the first floor: large living room with wood stove (wood included), kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 cm for 1 person with adjoining WC with washbasins. On the second floor: mezzanine open on the living room including the TV-DVD corner, 1 bedroom with bed 140 cm for 2 persons, a shower-room, WC. Outside, garden furniture with barbecue at disposal. There is no private parking lot but the village parking lot is very close and you can unload your stuff in front of the house. In winter period, a fixed price of 2KW is included in the services per day and per person. Beyond that, a participation will be asked. Do not hesitate to talk about it with your host.
