Montgueux is ideally located, overlooking the historic city of Troyes with all its urban, cultural and tourist attractions, close to the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, water sports activities and the diversity of flora and fauna.
Ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen, lounge, dining room, bedroom (1 double bed 140 + 1 single bed 90), wc. First floor: Mezzanine-lounge, two bedrooms (1 double bed 140), one bedroom (3 single beds 90), bathroom and shower room, WC. Utilities not included (€8 to €12/day depending on season). Private courtyard and terrace. Shady park shared by the 3 gîtes.
Pets accepted at the owners' discretion (deposit €250).
Visit the vineyards, presses and cellars with the owners, who are winegrowers, and learn how champagne is made. Owners' swimming pool available (subject to opening hours).
Short-stay rentals all year round (last-minute during the summer).
