At the gates of Auch, in the heart of Gascony and the department of Gers, unusual seasonal rental of an authentic old windmill restored and transformed into a gite: its original stone staircase, its wooden frame which supported the wings only reinforce its rustic charm. Its dominant situation allows to admire an exceptional panorama on the surrounding hills and the Pyrenees. Situated in the centre of a wooded park of 1500 m2, calm and tranquillity welcome the holidaymakers. The gite is equipped with modern comforts (internet,..). The room offers a cosy atmosphere with its rounded stone walls, its wooden frame and its two windows opening on the countryside. Its location in AUCH near the road to TOULOUSE makes it easy to access. The great tourist sites of the Gers rich in heritage, the good gastronomic tables, the hiking trails and the numerous local animations. Reservations by the week, longer weekends on request. CAPACITY 2-4 pers. 3 levels served by an original stone staircase (each level is open to the staircase): - Ground floor: Kitchen / dining area (1 table, 4 chairs, storage furniture) with all the necessary kitchen for cooking and preparation with a refrigerator and its freezer compartment, mini oven, microwave, food processor, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, extractor fan, pressure cooker, ...) and dishes in quantity for the service, cloths and tablecloths, radio + washing machine. Two access doors: one to the south and one to the north. - On the 1st floor: living room of 6 m2 with flat screen TV (sofa bed 140, cupboard with vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron,...), mini library, shower room/wc with hairdryer, lamps + 2 . - On the 2nd floor: 1 nice bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190, wardrobe, table, chairs, mirror,...), two windows, fan. Outside: park with garden furniture, table, chairs, deckchairs, parasols, portico, barbecue, petanque.
