The building is historic, but the dishes served are contemporary. Roeland, as a young chef, has a fresh, modern take on the art of cooking, and on French cuisine in particular. You'll be surprised by dishes with a fresh new look. At Le Voilà' we attach great value and care to the purchase of our products. Whether it's environmentally-friendly meat, sustainably-grown vegetables and fruit, or artisanal butter and cheese. We choose fresh, local produce and seasonal fruit and vegetables. We don't have a huge menu with lots of fuss. That makes our dishes, cakes and appetizers affordable. Of course, we also offer wines to match our dishes.
Dining concept:
At Le Voilà we work a little differently than other restaurants. We don't have a fixed à la carte menu, but we do offer a 3-course menu that changes every two weeks. Eventually, you can expand your menu with a cheese platter or a second entrée. That way we can offer you the best fresh local produce for a fair price.
Lunch concept:
Thursday and Friday lunchtime we offer a 3-course menu of the day. Quick, fresh and delicious. For breakfast, we also offer a soup of the day, omelette or sandwich. On Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes we offer our evening menu.
