Inside, on the first floor, you'll find a first living room at the entrance ,a second living room with a reading corner and sofa facing the interior patio and pool ,a living area with open kitchen, all these rooms bathed in light thanks to the patios, a laundry room, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience.
Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms await you, including one with a private bathroom, and another with its own 8m² solarium terrace. These rooms have been thoughtfully designed with two single beds (90cm) and three double beds, guaranteeing a restful rest after your days of exploration. The entire floor is air-conditioned.
Upstairs you'll find 2 shower rooms with showers and washbasins; one of the 2 shower rooms has a walk-in shower.

To ensure responsible use of energy, the gîte is equipped with 500kw electric heating included per week. Any excess will be billed at 0.20?/Kw.
