Ferme du Paty d'Arrelles

Ferme du Paty d?Arrelles is a family business founded in 2003 by Nelly Lisack and Robert Guillemin.
Their son Quentin Guillemin will take over the farm in 2021.

We are...
We are based in Arrelles, a charming village about thirty kilometers south of Troyes, at the beginning of the Côte des Bar, near Chaource, Les Riceys and Bar-sur-Seine.
We produce farmhouse poultry and fattened ducks.
We produce our own duck products and sell our farmhouse poultry whole or cut up.
We raise our own chickens all year round, and also capons, poulards and guinea fowl for the festive season.

We have chosen to sell directly from producer to consumer at the farm, at the Tigery market (Paris region), at the Drive Fermier de l'Aube and, since 2019, at the Tendance Fermière farm store in which we are partners.
