Regional character half timbering house is situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel de la Forêt d'Orient.This detached house is situated on vast semi fenced an tree studded garden at the bottom of which flows a little river. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sitting area, a double bedroom, a study/relaxing area, a laundry room, a shower room and a toilet. On the first floor: a double bedroom with a double bed and single bedroom with two single beds. Charges (electricity + heating) are included in the price. Brévonnes is a little village that has the ideal geographical location where you will find all sorts of services and restaurant within a very short distance; 10 minutes from the gîte you will be able to enjoy the Vélovoie, fishing, the forest, the lakes of Dienville, Géraudot, Mesnil Sain Père, Lusigny sur Barse and Nigloland Park is at only 15km while Troyes is at 20 minutes. You will be able to enjoy the forest, the Vélovoie and fishing on site.
