Gîte with 60m2 of floor space and 1 floor. Beautiful 24m2 veranda on the ground floor, where you can eat and enjoy the 800m2 private garden and magnificent view of the medieval town and surrounding area.
The ground floor features a fitted kitchen with dining table, shower, WC, living room, study, dining room and second living room in the veranda. Not forgetting the cosy wood-burning stove and large TV with Orange TV.
On the 1st floor, large 60m2 bedroom with 1 central double bed and 2 single beds (separable with curtains), shower, bath, double washbasin, WC and exercise bike.
Bed linen and towels provided.
